JUNE INSPIRATION; DENIM

This June, it's all about the appreciation of denim, (dubbed the official fabric of Man Repelling) Whether in a cool dark indigo, or light wash; in any shape and form (Bonus points if you pull off a canadian tuxedo)! I am impartial to the extremely ripped up denim as seen on everything from ACNE this season.

We know everyone's had enough of this ridiculously infectious song but we can't resist! It has really caught the fashion world by storm; see the hilarious video Leandra Medine of The Man Repeller created for Rebecca Minkoff below. As well as the folks over at Refinery 29.

MUSIC WE LOVE: BLOOD ORANGE

We can't get enough of 'Coastal Grooves', the new album by Texan-born and London-based singer/producer Devonté Hynes. While Hynes has been a part of various musical acts over the last decade, his latest project as Blood Orange has us dancing around the store. Seamless production and Hynes' Prince-esque vocals shine equally bright on this made-for-summer masterpiece.

Our current favorite tracks off the album are 'Champagne Coast' and 'I'm Sorry We Lied', both of which have endlessly screencap-able accompanying videos. Check out Blood Orange, or expect to hear it (in moderation, of course) if you pass by the shop!
